Hotpoint Supermatic 9404 Wash Motor - 1997 Model

A long shot but the wash motor has packed up on my Mum's twin tub, she won't have another machine so really want to get hers fixed!
The motor is the later type with the capacitor fitted and no longer available new so trying to find a good second hand or recon one.

Hi, which motor has failed, wash or spin? Im in the middle of clearing my work of vintage appliance spares, i have one Supermatic motor at home somewhere ill photograph it incase its of use, but am yet to clear the loft which is a stash of many many spares and im sure theres some up there. Im supposed to be clearing that next Wed. Chris

I mis read that totally, am very sorry! Think my motor at home is a spin motor so will have to update you once ive emptied the loft next week. Chris
