Thanks for the Best Belly Laugh

I’ve had in a long time!

At first I thought, whats the problem, looks like the way I’d do it.

Then he plugs it in, and I think, where’s the lid moron?

Well, his ensuing attempts first find the lid, put it on and his constant cursing in the background were priceless!

Anyone that doesn’t get that unplugging the damn perc and then find the lid and put it on shouldn’t be operating electrical appliances, just say’n.

But thanks for the great laugh Thomas!  It just hit my funny bone.😂

OMG!

Why would he have posted that?
Like do it over dude! Then post
The wall behind him looked to be freshly painted.wonder if it was fresh paint due to the last time he perched coffee?
Whatever percolator that was it sure got to going quick!

OK Millennial,

This planet is in so much trouble once this group takes charge.

There are so many glaring mistakes even before the lidless thing starts perking:

1) Using a percolator to brew coffee (jmo).

2) Three scoops of presumed designer coffee for one cup of brew, then percolating/aka overbrewing into a an  insipid state (jmo).

3) Not placing the basket on the stem and stem into the pot before dumping the ground coffee into it.

I hope this is a self-deprecating joke.  If it's not, then I hope this dude uses public transit, cabs, Uber or Lyft and doesn't own a chainsaw.

One year at our holiday party a lady set up the coffee urn with the water down below and the ground coffee in the basket but did not put the pump stem in between. The water got hot, but coffee was not brewed. She asked me what was wrong. Yeah. So I asked for a cup and made coffee like I had seen brewed in restaurant urns with the cloth bags where water is drawn out from the spigot into two quart aluminum pitchers and poured over the ground coffee.  I  enlisted the help of a coffee drinker to let me know when it was strong enough, but yeah, young people who don't know about percolators sheesh!  I'm glad he was not confronted with a vacuum brewer.

Yes I too think it was probably staged, maybe based on a real not videoed experience? However he did a really good job and gave me a good laugh for the morning!

I've been having percolator coffee for the past several months every morning since the Kureg broke and I have yet to replace it. I do wish the unit itself was dishwasher safe however, it's a pain to clean every single day, but it makes the best coffee ever!

Even more ironic,

is Millenials will be designing artificial intelligence. Of course the Chinese ones aren't as dumb. Scary who or what may be taking over things. Glad I'll be gone, but our grnadkids may not be. I've had my work cut out for me educating our young parents that nothing can be free. Not healthcare, nor education. Son in law thinks his mothers medicare, and medicaid suppliment is free. For her it may be, but the rest of us pay for it. She still can not afford many prescriptions.
His parents both made poor life and financial choices. He is the apple that did fall far from the tree with respect of his father cheating on his mother with a neighbor, using lots of weed, and being a swinger after his second divorce. He was severed from his job at age 73 a couple years ago, filed bankruptcy again, and has had to move into a house with 3 other men. They all have C-Dif as of last week. So it isn't just millenials.
