How old are these fryers?

Any idea how old these are?

Just a guess... 7-10 years old.

They look like they are from a Chain Restaurant or High Volume because of the Basket Lifts and the Front Door Numbers which I would imagine would be for Service Techs and Repair Logs.

And they are Electric which is interesting. Gas is usually the choice for High Volume recovery.

I'll concur on that Eddie:

They are Keating units so they are well made machines. It look like they have 2 power circuits as well. Unless we are mistaken and the large one is a gas hose.

The numbers are more than likely the lot number of the unit at the auction.

I think they may have come from a school as I used to see these in schools and that would explain the cafeteria-like units in the background. And most fryers I've seen in schools had basket lifts.

I agree these appear to be electric because there is no vent flue on top.
