How old is this Norge dryer ? And how much should I pay.

I'm guessing 1978 I was only 3 years old and by age 4 my mom said I started to collect the neighborhoods empty soap bottles and Tide boxes. So how old is this Norge dryer. Please and thank you . Should I get it? I want it!

Around here a dryer like that would probably go for $20-$40 max.
It's washers everybody wants, the newer the more they pay.
