I have an HP 8610 at work and like it a lot....except for this: It won't automatically copy both sides of a two-sided document as does the older 8600 I have at home. You have to make a separate copy of the second side and put both in the document feeder to get a 2-sided copy. Why HP chose to drop that function is beyond me.
Other than that, it's been very reliable and does a good job with both print and photos/graphics. It has never jammed using card stock or photo paper. Some printers struggle with card stock. Look elsewhere if you copy two-sided documents frequently.
