Huebsch FL washing machine.
Model No: LTZ85AWH1102
Serial No: 0103004368

Wonder if you could read its date of manufacture. Thanks in advance..

First 4 digits shows the date code?

Apparently the first 4 digits show the date code.

0103 could mean:
a) 2001 March;
b) 2001 3rd week;
c) January 2003; or
d) 1st week 2003.

Will email and ask Huebsch on this matter.

Apparenly Huebsch washers are available in both Canada and USA while Speed Queen are only available in USA.

Huebsch LTZ8* uses electro-mechanical timer and was dis-continued after 2003 and was replaced by a newer LTZ9* which uses electronic timer. There is no difference in mechanical structure between older LTZ8* and newer LTZ9*.

I prefer the older version with electro-mechanical timer for its well-proven reliability.
