Passed the Health Exam

I have no cooties, lice or communicable anything. Can be a sterling host, not too campy, quite normal and a hellacious sense of humor. Come out of the woodwork and put Seattle on the Washerclub map.

I may be able to get the day off!

I work Sundays at the Yelm Moose Lodge (bartender) but I might be able to get the day off! If not, maybe you guys could come down to the lodge as my guests. It's only about 30 miles or so, and there is a Casino nearby.

Moose Burgers

We can take it all as it unfolds. I would love for you to have a chance to have fun. I plan to do a big junk circle hitting Tacoma, Federal Way, Auburn, Kent, Renton, Bellevue, Everett Lynwood, Seattle, Sodo, South Park, White Center and the lovely downtown Burien. More than we can do in a day and I hope you can join us. We can get into your Hamilton Beach and see how she goes. If you're good you can have an ice cream cone.

Rain Rain Rain

A week of fun rains, floods, and high wind in SEattle. We'll have a blustery day to be inside.

I set Cub up with a Sunbeam model 9 mixer while he was here visiting. Mixer, beaters, base and large bowl. I think he's going to bring it up to your get together and I was hoping you might give it a good looking over when it gets there. The cord may have a loose wire right at the plug and it may need a good lubing. He had a plastic bodied S/B that was dropped and I wanted him to have a real mixer...

Travlincub party

I am open to the winds of change. We can have dinner, do some mixing and playing, have a mixer clinic, chase the Moose, go junking make it one day or three. I am open to any and all revelations.

Travlincub settles down

We've decided to hunker down on Sunday and focus on food and vintage small appliances. Any and all are welcomed, there's plenty of room and plenty of parking. Festivities commence at 1:00 PM.

Wild weather

18 inches of snow on Snoqualamie pass last night. Wild wind and rain and it seems to be a day on and a day off. Let's hope Lee is brave and foolhardy!!
Two new mixers here and two more to come, an amazing electric frypan and a percolater also. I'll picture the new stuff once its all here. One side of the pantry closet.

Mixer for Jim's Friend

The boxes have been rolling in and there's more to dig through this Sunday. Testing a possibility for the friend with arthritis. Banged up a double 1234 cake for a birthday.

I'd play with more than my ear!

There is so much in this area to do that doesn't cost a lot. Weather and winter snow storms can limit free travel east and west but with planning and watching the forecast allows you do pretty well. I look forward to getting a chance to visit and hear the rest of the story. I was going to say something like "Longer? fold it in half! I've suffered enough" but thought the better of it. Drive safely.
