well i have been out house hunting and fell in love with this 2984 town house.. Its 1400 sq ft, 3 bedrooms 2 baths.. It needs a few cosmetics, but i love it.. Anyway i fgured i'd share some pics with yall off my flcikr account.. link below.. Mine is unit #2, unit #1 was also for sale but sold, is what mine would look like fixed up. The stove and dishwasher are magic chef from 1984... I got it for $90,000, as the house was about to forclose, as the owners are in a divorce. I told them i'd bail em out for what they owed and pay closing costs.. So with 5 or 6 thousand i am in it at about 102,000 and could make 20 grand off the bat.. Yeah!
Where would you stick washers in here??

Welcome to the world of backed up plumbing, roofs that need re-shingling, siding that needs paint, annoying woodpeckers that hammer away at your metal chimney all day, never-ending lawn care, and failing central AC units and leaking hot water heaters, LOL! Even with all that, home ownership is worth it. But definitely sock money into savings for the inevitable.

This will be the 3rd house i have owned... So.. Just sold my old house to my grandparents and my first home was destroyed by a flood... So... But thanks.. Forgot the pictures from Beart Hunt in Myrtle Beach Where on there, lol.. Glad you all like the bears

Nice looking townhome. I like those boulders in the yard.
I am sure that when you redecorate to your own taste you'll really be happy then!
The people who owned this house before we did painted the entire house pink. All different shades of pink. And in the bedroom, they painted around the furniture! So when they moved out, we had white blocks on the wall where they furniture was placed.
They were French, maybe that had something to do with it!
Do you have bears in North Carolina? Do they come out at night and ravage the garbage?
