Yep, during the last 1.5 minutes of the wash and during the entire deep rinse the tub is being filled with water. This helps float away lint and other crap. There is no recirculation or anything like that. The entire cycle consumes only 28 gallons of water.
LOVE it Jed!!! Congrats on getting it fixed up and home!
Is your current dryer electric? I bet you could convince your parents to let you hook it up with the cold winter coming to save on heating bills!!! lol
Great job on the video Jed - and to both you and Robert: the machine sounds fantastic! Thanks for taking the time to put this together Jed. Nice finale on a great project.
I just took the 3 ring agitator out of my 1959 Frigidaire Multi-Matic. I haven't noticed a difference in tangling because I have not had any tangling with either agitator. I believe proper outloading techniques can eliminate this problem.
Great video! Thanks for sharing. Once I get the converted Windows Media download (Online.Movavi.com), I can add it to my Frigidaire folder.--Laundry Shark
Nice work there boys, lovely machine Jed, one to use & treasure, love the badge detail on the front, looks & sounds like its was just out of the box..!!!
I love how you shot so much of the video high up and behind.
Watch the overloading, Brother Jetro!!!! Honest. "Fill loosely to rim of tub," as the Fourth Commandment of God Frigidaire goes, and the machine may last forever. Hope springs eternal :>
