I forgot the name of this plant

During the short time it's in bloom (a week or two at best), we never fail to get questions regarding what it is. The red is so vibrant that it catches your eye from across the yard, especially with the hosta as a background. IIRC, they were started as small bulbs when I put them in maybe 5 years ago.

Can anyone help?

I think what you have is called Montbretia or Crocosima, same plant, two names.
