Hi, all. Last night I found a fairly new Kirby G4!!!! Nothing at all wrong with it. It's outer bag is in my Wp Duet on the hand wash cycle. Too cool! Would someone tell me how to remove that g-damn grey plastic cover. I thought of a hammer, butttt... Let me know.....Bill in Az....
