but thanks for the thoughts and concerns.....
i am doing OK....damn Laptop went haywire from a C-Mos backup battery gone dead, and screwing the date/time, which in turns throws the whole system off....best buy had it sent out for a replacement, came back, and they screwed up the speakers....so its out to service again.....this time overnight express...but then again, holiday weekend, don't see a rush going on there....
hopefully get it back this time and it works like its supposed to......I hate when they mess with stuff, or go into areas of no concern, and then screw it all up....then you have to take it back and get them to put it back....some stuff I can restore, others it's more like...what the hell did you do?.....
using one of the kids laptops right now.....just feel better with my own setup....all my favorites and pictures are on that one, so for now, I have nothing to share....
I stop in here and there when I can...but will be back in full swing soon...hopefully....crossing fingers....
one a side note, the down time has allowed me to can veggies that my neighbor has grown in his garden.....
quart bottles freakin galore of pickles(bread & butter, dill), green beans, stewed tomatos, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup.....
yesterday canned 48 quarts of peaches....today, 48 quarts of applesauce....
over 300 jars total so far.....I am out of jars, and DONE!....need to find a place to store all of these.....
plus freezing veggies(green beans, carrots, peas, peppers and corn on the cob as well, the chest unit is packed full!.....
I think we are set for the heavy winter coming up.....lol....
