The ad says Maytag and I was sure this was not the case until I say the letters myself. Who knew Maytag made one of these? Paul, this is your next addition to that arm of your collection, LOL.

1920's Bluebird?
A long time Maytag dealer had a poster of the ad for one of these cabinet washers on the wall of the store. They got that name because they served as a counter top when not in use. These are why it seemed so funny when Maytag acted like their Neptune was the first horizontal axis washer ever made. One of the disadvantages of this style washer was that the smaller amount of water cooled more rapidly than the larger amount of water used in an agitator-type wringer washer.
I contacted the seller ONLY to ask for a photo of the model data plate.
