This thought came to me while comandeering another thread.
I read about this in an e-mail forwarded to me a while back.

Help others to help you in case of emergency.
Please consider programming into your cell-phone the *name"

I C E. (In Case of Emnergency)

Put in a loved-one's (or your MD's) telephone number etc in that *slot* so that a 911-crew or an ambulance or a doctor can grab your cell and call someone who knows you and can guide the concerned party.

PLEASE- The life you save may be your own.

In my case- ICE was my mother.

(My ex, no offense- can't divide hay evenly between two horses and breathing is thought-of as hard work, but I digress.)

So every time the cell rang and ICE was displayed it was my mother-- the ICE queen herself. I do really wonder if she is frigid and to what degree. Anyhoo.......

I just could NOT stop laughing. Put my sister in as ICE instead. She's turning into our mom-- oh SO nicely-- herself.
