Were those scenes from Knots Landing...
They had to be before 1992 when grunge came on the scene and people stopped dressing sharp right about then. Especially the scene with the young man with the loose tie had to be from late 80s. If these scenes were from today, wouldn't everybody be not as well dressed? That grunge movement with Nirvana really affected fashion, even up to today.
