What you'd need ...

1) A very sturdy concrete floor

2) A hot water heater

3) Three phase power (probably)

4) A floor drain (probably)

I have #1 in place in my shop. The rest would be... difficult... if the machines have internal drain pumps, and can take single phase 220, I could do it, I could always hook up a 20 or 30 gallon electric 220 single phase water heater, but... WHY? LOL.

They look like the old super 20's that i remember with the perforated lower panel. Very nice. are they 3 phase? the ones i remember were pretty water frugal, and that was in the 80's sure are nice. if regular 220v.

I have most of those things except three-phase electric, I seem to remember that these were available in single and three phase models - SQ models now in the 25 lb. range are avail. in both.

I could call the seller to find out, but then I might be tempted to snag one and that would lead to all sorts of other problems... space/drainage/water supply, and mostly, TIME (the Mieles are keeping me pretty busy already).
