I happly put my whites into my IGNIS TLHA...
I set cycle n.4:
- 40°C Prewash;
- 60°C Main wash;

Suddenly we went into a black out... considering that here it's been raining now for a week I supposed it was due to this...but lighting up againt the braker (25A on 220V for a max 5KW) the braker shut down again...

Now... I felt a horrible stink of burnt coming out of the drum of my Ignis... maybe the consistence of the soap (because bad solved in water so that it was going to force the heating power) causing a black out? Or it's more probably than the "dancing" faston of the heating elements had beginning to be hold out after the prewash spinning (becase the heating phase of the prewash went good, the problem happens during the heating phase of the main wash just after the prewash spin)
The drum of this machine shakes incredible during the spin so you have to hold extremly tight every wiring...

Here you are a picture of the heating elements wiring...would you like to help me finding the cause of the black out!? At least find if it has been cause by this washing machine or shoul I have to find it out somewhere else!?

Are you sure that the problem is with the heater?

Another thing: it seems that you are using soft soap for washing. How do you control the sudsing. You may have had some overflow of suds that came into contact with the wiring and caused a short circuit somewhere inside the machine.

The problem is NOT the soap...

I tried yesterday the cycle 5...same problem! When the timer reaches the point of the 40°C temperature (then it depends whether this phase is to be stepped forward and go on washing or it should going on heating up to 60°C)...the electric breaker shut down!

I feel is the heating element...or the termistor... what about!?
