The chat room will be closed very soon. If not tomorrow, then early next week. We're almost finished with the network shut-down.

Why is the chat room leaving us?

'cause the local ISP, my employer of the past 8.5 years, which hosted the chat room, shut down the business April 1. The server on which chat runs is nearly 7 years old. One of the two CPUs in it failed yesterday, LOL!

Anyways, there's a slight possibility the software could be moved to hosting at a long-time associate, but it would have to be relicensed for that server. Dunno yet.
