I came across this cartoon today in the Sunday paper. It was the same guy that gave us the cartoon where the guy is watching his washer.

I wonder if they copied that from the Men From Maine episode where Ephus is doing a little laundry:

Ephus: Hey Effie, what setting should I use for my sweatshirt?

Effie: What does it say on the sweatshirt?

Ephus: University of Maine, Orono.

Effie: Delicate (I know this must be a reference to a U of M sports team or something like that, but it was a little funny anyway).

I wonder

how many people got the message about the band based on the name? Remember "Queen"? I always thought it was odd how straight guys never did figure it out about either band.

I worked for a CPA firm that did the accounting for a number of bands, muscial groups, theatre productions and stage "stars".

New guy was assigned to AC/DC. He was trying to get the AC/DC homepage on his computer as a screen-saver. He got some wife-swapping bi swingers group in some God-forsaken state..........

How fast did he RUN to "I.T." and plead his case. One could be fired for porn on-the-spot.
