Apparently space was purchased and laundry owners given push. Owner of property has no interest in running launderette so is selling on the equipment.

If one had capital (and of course lived in or near London), would have liked to make a go of the place as a laundromat. Have always fancied being Dot Cotton; well without the ciggies! Hahahaha
