Interested in finding a dryer to go with my washer.

Hey all, I'm beginning to get the itch to find a dryer that matches or almost matches my 1993 Maytag washing machine.

I'm not in any great rush to find one, but any suggestions or leads would be greatly appreciated! I'll post a couple pics of the washer so you can see it.

The big scuff mark on the front has disappeared since I took these pics. The whole machine really has cleaned up to look brand new. To no great surprise, it also runs like a brand new machine.

Truly a fine example of "The Dependability People"!

BTW, in case you can't make out the ratings plate in the photo, it says:

UL Listed 545G, 120 V., 60 HZ., 7 A.

Model: LAT7793AAL
Serial: A6204684 then there's a big space and then it says HF

The white-on-white console style is far more prevalent than the dark console for this generation.  I've probably only seen  5 or 6 that weren't white-on-white.  But I love my 21 year electronic dry control dependable care dryer.

Is that almond? I have a matching gas dryer, but it's white. Electric, or gas?

It is almond, and I only have provisions for an electric dryer. We don't have natural gas in my development, only propane.

Matching Dryer

Hey Matt I had emailed you before but this time I have found your mate for your washer. This one is a TOL or one just below it in electric which is what you said you needed. It is $55.00. The only thing is that it is white and not almond, I am not sure if that matters to you or not. It looks to be in perfect condition. If you want to look the pics it's on Minneapolis Mn. Craigslist. Was listed 7 hrs ago of me sending you this. Good luck and let me know what you think.

Steve, that is exactly what I'm looking for. At this point, color is unimportant to me.

It's a shame it's halfway across the country! That price is unbelievable!
