Was listening to a radio station here, 104.3 FM and they were playing songs that had a common thread. I caught Pink Floyd's welcome to the machine as it was ending.
I know that the other song was the Who's substitute. You know the line, 'at least i'll get my washing done'. Anywho, the caller had to identify the common thread,... and you guessed it, WASHING MACHINES. I thought that was just too cool to say the least. They said the washing machine is 148 yrs. old today.
