Interesting stereo "coffee table" on ebay - Electrohome Circa 75 Model 703A

Anyone know anything about these? It doesn't go with my decor or I'd consider getting it.

 

I looked at the sellers other listings and his completed listings - lots of neat old stuff including Mid-Century Modern furniture and 1950s TVs. Many of the completed auction items have not sold, you might make an offer on an item that catches your interest:

I didn't notice is was a Dual 12 something turntable in there. I do know that Dual OEM'ed a lot of their turntables to various stereo manufacturers.

Yes, Dual provided TT's to a lot of mfg's. A month or two ago I ran across an interesting piece with a Dual turntable I didn't expect to find. It was a Grundig German-made AM/FM/SW console unit, complete with reel-to-reel tape recorder, with all the various recording accessories one could possibly want. I couldn't tell if it was a stereo or mono unit, though. The price wasn't too bad - $100 - but I had to pass on it as I've quite run out of room for any such new acquisition. I think it was also tube driven, which probably would have been very nice indeed. If it had had a German turntable of interesting design, though, I might have sprung for it.
