Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I spotted the body-shape of that stain on the floor immediately.   Certainly makes one wonder....

Strange that did not occur to me. I had figured it was someone who hadn't kept up for perhaps twenty or more years, or had many animals. A friend of mine had been dead in his bedroom for four days, and was quite an aroma. It was on a rug on asphalt or vinyl tile over concrete. House had accoustcal ceilings, plaster walls. I think after a thorough cleaning it didn't take a great deal to eradicate that problem. This one in NC must have been there for quite a while, unfortunately.

I also think whoever died in there had only lived there for maybe 15 years, it was purchased in August of 1996, so I guess it wouldn't have been a 20 or more year accumulation of things, critters, whatever. I wonder what will become of the house Yvette Vickers was discovered dead in. I think it's a teardown for certain, she let way too much happen to the place.

Do Yourself A Favour

Go to a local library or even better if possible local newspaper's microfiche of back issues and do a search on the address. I too see what appears to be an outline of a human body on the floor. Even if it's not you'll want to know the history of the property and aside from tax/deed records local news media are an excellent resource.

And what about cases where the person who owned the house died in a hospital, but decided to come back to haunt the house because the hospital is too cold and sterile to be a happy home for a ghost?

I don't look at anything as an "investment" these days-you buy it becuase you like it,need it,and going to use it.Saw the home in the link once-when I tried to go back to it for a closer look-doesn't work.If there was a death or body in the place-FORGET IT!!!!keep looking for something else.
