IONA CYCLONIC Food processor

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I believe IONA was a Canadian small appliance company which also had a plant in Conn. They made a fairly full line of mixers, blenders etc. Most I've seen have always been more "lower priced" versions you'd find at discount dept stores etc. The interesting thing about the company is that James Dyson worked for them and designed their very popular "Fantom" cyclonic vacuum cleaner which sold millions on those TV infomercials. It was so popular the company changed its name to Fantom Industries. He held the patents though and later went on to start his own vacuum cleaner empire. Pie crust is

light enough for any processor. Kneading yeast dough is a real challenge, however.

If you can post pictures, I am sure I am not the only one here who would be interested in seeing it, please!

Breville

It looks identical to the original Breville Cyclonic Kitchen Wizz base mated to the second version container, top and discs.

Should be quiet and powerful, least the ones made by Breville in Australia were.
