I don't know about how they sell in that area but around here you can't give then away. I just had one given to me that was a a garage sale because the owner didn't want to push it back in side. I went to an auction a few days later and they had trouble getting $10.00 out of it. Both were in great condition. JEB

In General
Market for ironers/mangles is very limited, this is on both sides of the pond.
Often as stated above you cannot give the things away for love nor money.
While the market is slightly better in Europe, especially Germany where it seems many still do ironing, the United States is another matter.
Besides these ironers are large, heavy and not easily nor cheaply shipped. It always seems that those who want them aren't near where they are being offered.
Case in point that nice Bendix ironer complete with goodies from NJ is *still* on fleaPay several months later.
