I need more time
The Sidekick was part of a recent laundry purchase. Needed a pedestal anyhow and I got a great deal on the sidekick - which serves its purpose of raising up the machine anyhow.

I did one load under normal. Just a 2 twin bedsheets. Water was mediocre borderline wam - I could consider the water temp cold.

Anyhow, just for the helluva it, I ran a sanitize cycle. While I did not check the tab between cycles, on the wash cycle, I did pour bleach and about 2 gallons of hot water. When I checked the wash cycle, the water was hot. I did not check the rinse cycle, but when the sanitize cycle was finished, it appeared the rinse cycle was hot as the interior drum was steamy and fairly warm

Which goes back to the normal cycle. I guess I will need to find excused to use the sidekick but based on the single wash I did, it not not seem to pull much from the -Hot Inlet- Side

The "steamy" interior drum temperature for the washer is a result of the main washer's motor inverter giving off heat as it keeps the whole thing cool. It's just normal part of the machine running, especially after finishing the final spin.
