Seeburg HSC and AP Home Stereos

Here's a link to a friend's website. Of the products shown on this page, I have three of the AP-1s, one HSC-1 (it's bigger than it looks!), and a 200LU1. I also have a few of the Remote Selection accessories for the Home Stereo stuff.

Right now, I'm listening to Devo's New Traditionalists album on the upstairs AP-1. I selected it using the HRSC-3 Remote Selection Control in the library.

The "Un-Candle" was one of my favorites as a kid - we had several with red coloring in the water to match all the other red accessories in our house!

These were very popular

I got mine around '78..( 1st Greek marriage lol)

I liked them cause you could change water colors, add stuff like shells or flowers inside.

Veggie oil was cheap...but those wicks are tiny!

The first thing to go would be the little plastic floater. I melted or warped out several...LOL

If you look closely at the first picture, you can see a reflection in the chrome of the cash register. That's my post-mix machine. I have Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Country Time Lemonade-resembling product on tap.

I've even got limes, if you'd like a Cuba Libre.

My own oil-burning lamp. Oil over water sits in the red glass where a wick is suspended in a metal holder using bits of cork as a float.

This is a centuries style of old votive light used in my church. I normally burn this one at home as a tribute to the dead, a request for the living to be healthy, happy, wisened-up, when I need celestial guidance, etc.

Parrafin tends to burn dirtier and is not the heathiest thing in the world to breathe in. Beeswax is better than parrafin. But I'm not sure if oil is better than beeswax.

Having your own post mix set up!

I had loads of experience with these when I worked in a cinema- just dont go dropping the syrup boxes- as you know if youve done it they are an absolute b@tch to clean up- they strip floor polish well to !

Well, it stopped raining, so I'm headed out to the deck

Seamus, I've never dropped a BIB (Bag-In-Box), but I've had mice chew through them. Not a fun clean-up. Nearly $50 worth of sugar-water all over the cabinet and carpet.
