time to start the repairs again.. first id like to ask if anyone knows where to get a replacement motor for the L5 westinghouse i have or should i have the motor rewound? what is the better way to go? and second its time to work on the WO-65 frigidaire. she blew out her bellows. i have the parts i need but i cant seem to get the loop bolt under the agitator cap off. it has been soaking with penitrant for days but wont budge. should i just cut it off and re tap an new bolt?

I'd take the motor to a rewind shop, not only would you have the benefit of the original parts, but depending on where you take it, it'd probably be cheaper. I've found a couple shops in the area that do old electric table fans as a sideline to their more industrial work.

where can i send the motor for rewinding?? i cant seem to find anyone in town that does that. i can always ship the motor out and have it done just dont know where.. also ill try heating the loop on the frigidaire this eve and see if that helps
