Are the racks in a 11 & 12 the same? The 14 looks like they will hold more or load easier than my 11 ? Mike

yes, I've seen several coppertones of this style over the years.
Dispensers were first available on the KDI & KDS 14 models.
Greg, weren't these also the first KA with the dual wash capability with those dispensers? I do believe the KDC14 still resembled the older style and had the purge, w, r, r, d sequence.
