KD-14 Replace Upper Roller wheels?

Our dishwasher is very squeaky and hard to slide the top rack out, is it possible to just replace the plastic wheels? I could probably switch the top roller with the never used bottom one. I can't figure out how you would remove the old ones, they are held on by strange looking bolts.

Also, our door seal is breaking, any quick link to a new one?
