Kelvinator Washer - $800 (Mecosta)

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

It does look like a 1955... "Creature From the Black Lagoon" fins on the agitator and all!

But $800 for a machine not even known to be in working condition?   Nope.

Agitator boot is likely shot and there's a good chance the tub bushing leaks (this just based on what I went through with my ABC).  Neither of these parts is easy to find, either....

I am sorry if financial reverses are causing the seller to have to sell his washer, but many investments have lost value in the catastrophic coming home of the trump chickens to roost. I hope that he did not pay that much for the machine and am sorry that he is trying to sell it for that much now. Fully restored, yes, maybe.

Those cast dials look a lot like Hotpoint's dials at the time.

There was an ad for a TOL model very similar to this one on the back of my mother's copy of an issue of the Journal of Home Economics. It featured the dryer also and it had red rectangular lights above each dial to show the water temperature selection and the cycle selected. I think the cycle lights said, Full Load Regular Fabrics and Small Load Delicate (or Fine) Fabrics. I believe it might have also had a window lid.
