Nice. Sounds like bad agitator dogs. On this model a small leak could be anywhere. I’d pick it up if it were close.

If it's sat outside in the storm it could well have several frozen and cracked parts. And with that triple dispenser too.

If it's having a problem with agitation it could possibly be a broken motor coupler. Which isn't a major problem to fix. They don't mention the severity of the problem.
