I am trying to find a mechaincal timer wpool or kenpool d/w with the ultra wash system... Any ideas???

I find it funny that even on sears own site people say this one is crap

Chad, it's because uit's Frigidaire produced dishwasher with Precision Wash.

Is there such a beast any more??? Reason i am asking: My Brother broke the d/w at his house because he got mad at the electronic pushbuttons... If not would a GE with mechanical controls be ok??

Control thyself, then everybody wins.

GEs are notorious water-hogs. At one time I would not give then the time-of-day. Actually having one, however, changed my mind. They work well and fast like a more classic machine. I'd say, GO FOR IT.

Better probably in the long-run is to get his @$$ into an impulse-control course. This time only a DW suffered. (ducks and runs).
