I know what you mean Eddie.......I have to hold back on grabbing too many machines, I have storage, but I rather have them hooked up and running, and then harder to decide which to keep......

I got the Whirlpool Supreme first, so I am gonna try and find the matching dryer to that first.....otherwise I may consider a Kenmore....but more along the lines of a Lady K or Limited set if I have to switch out

Both a are nice dryers. The first one is a clone of my Mom's. These were made 1981 to very early 1983. The better of the then current models were revised to hve the "wide mouth" EZ-Loader door, which you see in the second offering. That door in my opinion is a wonderful advance.

The second dryer appears to be a clone of the one I bought. This is a 1983-1986 model, though a lot of new model numbers came out in 1985 but all they did was shift features already in production. These two dryers are really nearly identical other than the door. The first has an adjustable end of cycle signal that the second does not.

I LOVE the big EZ-Loader door because I can take an entire load from one of my washers in the garage and put it in the '86 dryer (which is in the house) in one swoop. I use the dryer in the house nearly exclusively this time of year because the warmth of it running helps the heat bill. I reverse that in the summer and use the other Kenmore dryer in the garage exclusively during the air-conditioning season.

I would LOVE to find a late model dryer like this in Almond. I have several white, but would enjoy a nice Almond one (or even Toast) to marry up with a few machines of similar color.
