Been on a roll lately picking up stuff for resale. Easier to buy than sell, but that’s to be expected.
Anyway these 2018 Kenmores pop up for $250/pair with the caviot being the dryer is not getting hot.
I immediately recognized them as Electroluxes, and then found the manual online at Sears.
Read up and found out it could very well be user error, this being a non-vented condenser dryer.
The seller is a property manager who somehow acquired the units and wanted them gone asap.
I obliged and put both in my Saturn wagon and got them home.
When the guy said he was, “thinking of filling the top tank of the dryer with water”, i knew user error was a distinct possibility.
Also, apparently, there are two “common household” fuses in the dryer...as per the manual.
So i am hopeful at getting these two back out the door asap with a tidy profit.
I will update you’all when i get to them.

That washer should be really good. It's the same platform as sold here in the EU , with recirculation system, good motor technology and pretty decent cycle design.

The dryer is the typical EU condenser dryer: Slow, hot, unefficent, "hard to use" (in air quotes, any EU household somehow got along with them).

You might want to check the dryer for a tripped resettable high limit thermostat (previous owner overstuffed it -> overheating).

If sell them, give the buyer 3 big advices:

a) Only loosely fill the drum. Full is ok, but not pushing, compacting, stuffing. Basicly, if he/she loads any item individually, and only loads loosely until the back wall of the drum isn't visible anymore, they have a good sized load. I can wash 6 of my M-size hoodies or m-size sweat pants or 30/32 jeans in one load, or 6 medium towels, or 2 large and 2 medium ones, or about a weeks worth of shirts, underwear and socks for 2 of simmilar size.

b) Such a load from the washer is a FULL LOAD for the dryer as well.

c) Always try to use cycles with lower temperature levels on the dryer. Reviewed tested them and temps peaked at 190F.
