Hi everyone, hope you all had a fabulous Thanxgiving - my parents' Kenmore HE3t washer keeps giving us an F28 code every time we use it, so thought I'd ask the experts here if they had any advice;
from what I've been able to find online, the code is a communication error between the main control board to the motor control board, mainly caused by vibrations during spin (Um, yeah. Not a great design idea, there...). So, I guess the question is this - can this fix be done at home or is it better to do a service call?
