Oh good lord!

I'd better go find something else to do or I'll be on here for hours. Hopefully the rest of you all will exhaust the AW.org viewers with enough KMs that I don't have to dig out my many dozens of pictures!

From which day? I forgot...!

There was yet another Kenmore as Pic Of The Day not too long ago--this one a Top O' The Line!

With the Triple-Dispenser & even available in "Tawny Gold", in addition to the White/Avocado/Copper-standard available colors & White w/ Suds Saver!

Florescent Light, Off-Balance Switch & Alarm, Self Cleaning Lint Filter--And All...!!!!!!

Mi Máquina:

Here is "the incidental Kenmore laundry" that came w/ the house!

The Washer:

Wonder why if it's a "Ninety-series", that there is NO laundry detergent dispenser, nor even a fabric softener dispenser?!

Just a "well" for my bleach...

My Dryer:

Gas, also a "Ninety-series"... Even an electronic moisture sensor & a "discovered"-drum light, after thinking it was without:

Don't like how the thing starts & stops after the Auto Dry cycle, though; to me not "completely" automatic if I need to run to the basement to shut off the timer after it gets done drying...!

ALL my Kenmores except for one got sent away. The Catalyst is about to get a refresh.
The triple dispenser system was let go for the non-lady Kenmore and non-Electronic sets about when Kenmore went with the curvier console design and changed the Kenmore logo to that horizon-curve-swish thing, about 1995-1996 or so. I think the 90 series comes from the "quiet pak", 3 speed motor, intermittent agitate, and one or two extra cycles that the 80 series does not have. I had the same machine, just not with the temp degrees written on the console.

Don't like how the thing starts & stops after the Auto Dry cycle, though; to me not "completely" automatic if I need to run to the basement to shut off the timer after it gets done drying...!
That's not a malfunction, the machine is running as intended. The Wrinkle Guard feature tumbles (without heat) for ~30 seconds every 5 mins for a period of time if the load isn't removed immediately to ward-off wrinkles that may occur if the items were left sitting stationary in the drum. It will shut off after the intermittent tumble period runs out ... usually between 45 mins to 2.5 hours depending on the machine's configuration.

I have a similar Kenmore 90 washer in almond (but with a replacement white lid), same controls & settings except 4 water levels instead of infinite. An agitator-mounted softener should have been included, probably lost or tossed out by the previous owners. The friend who gave my machine to me didn't have a dispenser with it but I bought one so as have it fully outfitted, cost $6.

Great so far

Keep em coming. LOVE the shine on that unused Kenmore, amazing!!!!!!!

Gordon, NO Kenmore thread would be comeplete without some of your machines, lets see em! ^^

Gansky ( 1972 Kenmore )

That is an amazing machine as well. Shame there aren't enough of them for each member to have one!
