I'm not so sure that is a BD washer:

When I expand the picture in the original add I'd swear I can see a large lid outline which would mean DD. I could be wrong though.

Tough Call

Timer dial on washer appears to be pointing to the start of the PP cycle. Can't tell if it has the plastic skirt around it, though.

Now that I look at the timer dial:

There is definitely a plastic skirt. It is most pronounced over the Delicate cycle. Also no pointer is protruding from the dial at the start of PP, there is a black line.

Yeah, that's a DD alright....

The cycles don't line up exactly in the right spots for the BD 4/5 cycle timer, the DD's cycles were five or ten degrees askew from the BD's locations. Plus there's the notch inside the large OFF between Pre-wash and Normal that was never present on the belt-drives.

These are Contract Sales models. They had some unusual feature combinations that would not be found in retail models on the sales floor. I usually call these "Toyota washers" because in 1984-1986 or so Toyota offered various models of these in lieu of rebate money.
