Hey guys this is posted locally. Is this a decent dishwasher? Price is somewhat steep but not sure what to do.

I think this is a power clean based dishwasher

Thats my daily driver pictured there. Yes its a powerclean. -washes anything thrown at it on pots n pans cycle. Not a loud machine at all.

Power Clean and Sensor Wash.....will clean anything you throw at it, and will only +/- water changes only if needed!....
probably one of the few fool-proof machines ever made....

Stingy sensor wash
Found mine on craigs list used about 4 years ago for 60.00. It had some lime on the heating element which someone had tried to scrape off and the top spritzer above the upper rack had been broken off - have used it as is and am very happy with mine.
seldome will the sensor on mine indicate a water change. In fact, occasionally i will do a rinse hold cycle before normal wash just to get a rinse in before the main wash. -if both detergent dispensers are filled for normal wash and the sensor does not indicate a water change then youll be doing a double dose of detergent for the main wash. -in 4 years of use and no hand rinsing of dishes the sensor has only tripped a water change 1 time on normal wash and 1 time on rinse hold for me.
Does my sensor need cleaned out or something? Haha.
Normal wash with water heat selected is always wash, rinse, rinse with wash and final rinse activating water heating hold to 140.
Pots n pans is always wash wash rinse rinse with all fills being heated to 140 except the second to last rinse.
The time count down will skip over 20 minutes or so on both cycles but seldome get any additional water changes.
Overall SPOTLESS results everytime.
