My A700 still in good enough condition. What's really handy about these oddly enough is the carrying handle. I gave my model 900 away There's a couple of people that do rebuilds and paint jobs to Sunbeam Mixmasters as well

Great site but im not for the repainting.

I love mine with the dings, total workhorses and each and every scrape is another notch on the post for every great cake pie or pudding made.

May be a few more as time goes on each time I get them down from their hiding place.

and the A901

One of the very few actual family appliances I have in the collection.

Was my Grandmothers until it got too heavy for her and was given to me in 1997.

Nice collection there.

Kenwoods were very uncommon here but I do remember seeing the modernized 701 and 900 series looking ones being sold around the 80's in very few stores and they were expensive here to boot. Moreso than a KA and those weren't cheap either at the time. That was before the big push by KA in the 90's to get a mixer in every home it seems by bringing out more models in more colors etc and bringing their prices down a bit. I always coveted a Kenwood, loved the modern sleek styling moreso than the KA
Somewhere in my pile o stuff I have a stainless bowl for a KW Major, which will show up the day after I get rid of the bowl, so I'm keeping it for now,, just in case LOL

Apex Shmayex!

Those Wash-A-Matics are a dime a dozen!

Lets get back to real important things like SMALL ELECTRICS!

Can you believe I've had this Kenwood for 5 years and last nite was the first time I used it to make SUPER whipped cream! It was fast!

Anybody have the Service Manuals for this machine??

Pity their spelling isn't up to scratch. Also, some of the fonts are microscopic.

I'm not too sure about the videos all over the place.

this was an ebay find, cheap $25 I think, but it was the best shipping ever. The owner packed it in one of those all solid plastic military transport crates and the inside was filled with cut foam so all the pieces were stuck safely in the foam!
I could have travelled around the country doing shows and never broken a thing!
Its heavy too!
