Who can give me the scoop on this '94 KA for sale in Phoenix? Inside sure resembles the '73 Superba from my youth at home. Would this be a "Whirlpool" KA?

I'm considering putting it in a rental house... bound to hold up better than a 2 yr old anything else I could buy. Appears to be low use, and an almost TOL machine.
