How it works:
This is a variation of the seltzer bottle !
Pour in HEAVY cream, then put the charging cartridge into it's carrier and screw it in. The cartridge is filled with approximatly 3 litres of Nitrous Oxide which is released into the container containing the cream. Shake well, and keep in the refrigerator - shake well again before using.
Problems: the Nitrous cartridges are hard to find, and rather pricey. also - eventually the O-ring seals start to leak and then the whole unit stops working properly. All this drama for Whipped cream?
Best Solution: ( IMHO ) = Rediwhip.

LIKE THESE JERRY ? These were my Parents. Over the years mom has let my sis and I pick out things we liked, so that we can enjoy them in our homes now.....Mom is so great!

Yes...exactly! Tis time to raid the thrift stores again!
I think ours came from a neighbor who regularly threw out good stuff back in the 60's, and I ended up grabbing them. I was recycling before there was the word recycle. Anyone else out there into dumpster diving? (I mean for stuff other than old appliances)
