Hey guys!
Found your forum online... We just bought a new home and it has had the same dishwasher in it since it was built, I guess. Yet the owner "didn't believe in using machines". So I have this perfect condition Kitchenaid by Hobart Superba Dishwasher. As a guy who used to work for Diversey and serviced commercial DWs for some years, I recognize that this is the flagship best home dishwasher on the planet, but my wife insists on having the newest, even though new is not always better. So she wants this beauty gone. :( I did run it through it's cycles and it operates perfectly and does not leak. It is not rusty. However, by the time someone comes to get it it will be disconnected as we are remodeliing the entire kitchen.

I will entertain any offer, realizing that you'll have to come get it in Rhode Island. It is kind of more important to me that something this cool doesn't just get thrown away. You can reach me by email at [email protected]

Thanks!
Tom

Hello tbiniri ..

It would be very helpful if you could provide a photo and model number to allow some initial appraisal by anyone visiting aw.org.

Thanks!

A stainless revival??

And will your remodel include all stainless steel appliances?

If so, why not consider keeping the machine and changing the front panels to stainless steel to match the new appliances? Better yet, do as some here have done.. have the panels custom matched to your kitchen or painted as an accented color to really add pizzaz to the cabinet line.

You will still have the best ever made and she will be all dressed up like new and be the hit of your new kitchen.

Yes, new is nice but you know darn well that you will never get a machine as good as what you have in that Superba.
