Looks like that could be a builder's grade model, which would be a lesser machine than the BOL Custom. It doesn't even have a rinse aid dispenser. It appears to be a 21 or 22 series.
It looks well used even though the racks seem to be in good shape. Maybe it's just been exposed to fairly hard water all of its life. For $75 you could probably get a nicer model with more cycle options.

Good Basic KD-22 series DW
Very rugged simple and reliable DW, its really all the DW anyone needs to clean big loads of dishes and a LOT more reliable than the fancy all push button models.
The good parts are , no silly china guard under the top wash-arm to waste valuable space, very strong pump and motor.
The weak points, [ like all 21 &22 KA models ] only one final rinse and no extended hi-temp wash & rinse cycles so cleaning as not as good as WP, GE , MT and even D&M DWs of the same period.
Overall you get great KA build quality, longevity and easy repairablity but not top performance.

You can add the rinse agent dispenser if you wish. I hope he can come up with the sliverware basket. I would want a discount if he can't.

Rinse dispenser and silverware rack...
I have plenty of both if you do wind up with this machine. Like already stated, the basic design will do a great job of cleaning despite the lack of multiple rinses. Adjustable top rack would make it more versatile but not a deal breaker.
