Hey everyone! Hope you’re all well. I was scrolling through marketplace the other day, and saw yet another KDS-21! It appears to be a pretty strange machine, too. It has the newer style writing on the control panel (superba classic 21, sure temp water heating, and light/china), which initially led me to believe that it was a Whirlpool built unit. However, it has the older hobart style 3D KitchenAid logo, and no whisper quiet moniker, unlike the Whirlpool consoles that I have seen. It also has Hobart style racks, and the Hobart style detergent dispenser. Would this have been one of the very first Whirlpool units where they were still using up stock of the older Hobart style parts? Or was this one of the very last of the Hobart units?
