It looks like a KDI58. From the angle, I think what looks like Formica is the chrome pull handle with the tortoise-shell inlay. The top should be maple chopping block.

agree....

..sure does look like one - just comparing with this KDI-58.
I understand that these require a good 140F source, otherwise if your water isn't hot enough, a good wash
isn't assured.
