Kitchenaide Whisper Quiet Superba Monteray 21 need parts!

Greetings!
I have dishwasher above. Upper rack problems and called out a fix it man. Need parts to replace rollers. He called it 5 roller tank. Comes in a little package (2) of each part, (5 different parts).
I am assuming this dishwasher is 20 years old or more - can't find parts on the web anywhere. I have the part #s that I need. Is there any hope or should I give up and buy a new one. It was working fine....

Can you be more specific?

Just what rollers do you need? The ones on the tank that support the racks or the ones on the actual rack? I think I will be able to help you out.
