That looks like the avocado one that was on there some time back. Yes these white tops are difficult to keep clean. This one looks to be in great shape though. I like the look of it.

We had one of these in a student rental in Cincinnati OH in fall of 1985!

I had a feeling they weren't kind to cleaning - but like you, I love the look of the stove overall.
