many of the vintage washers have a lot in common, and we should start celebrating their likenesses. For instance, great rinsing: the unimatics have the overflow, but the full-on, full pressure, one minute spray rinse in the Tags has to be one of the most effective out there. They both really work.
Similarly--but not totally so--when my little canine gal Athena gets my black fleece all white with her cute tiny hairs, the Lady K or the WP gets all the hairs off, while the Unimatic does not, but the Uni gets all the water out. I long for the day when we all gather for a long retreat and plan the washer of the future which we will then manufacture in our common retirement.
